Hardware / Software Diagnostic - perform series of tests on desktop or laptop, diagnose issues, estimate cost for repairs - $39.99 for desktops, 45.00 for laptops
Virus/Spyware/Malware Removal - analyze, scan, and removal of threats, general file cleanup, optimize files and folders - $45.00 minor infection, $65.00 major infection
Windows Installations - install operating system on desktop computer or laptop computer - call for specific pricing, licensing specific operating system is required - $25.00 - $65.00
Mac OS Installations - install operating system on mac desktop or laptop computer - call for specific pricing for particular version required - $50.00 and up
Unwanted Software Removal - cleanup of unwanted programs, optimize hard drive space - $45.00 per hour
Internal Dusting of Components - internal and external cleaning of computer desktop or laptop - $25.00 for desktop towers, $45.00 for laptops
Data Backup - backup of computer owner's personal files - including pictures, music, text files, email and account backup - $45.00 - $65.00 depending on size of backup
Data Recovery Service - accidental deletion file recovery, partition recovery (NTFS or FAT32), hard drive format recovery - $45.00 per hour depending length of time to perform recovery
On-Site Service - will come to your place of business or residence to perform computer repair - $45.00 per hour **minimum 2 hours** - transportation fees may apply, call for details
Network / Internet / Router Configuration - setup wireless networks, configure routers, setup, troubleshooting internet connectivity - $45.00 per hour
